We are currently only shipping within the UK. We are working towards including the US, Canada, New Zealand and Australia (hopefully the rest of the world, one day!). If you are within the EU, and somehow ended up on our website, drop us a message at, and we will direct you to our partners in the EU. 

We ship with Royal Mail tracked 24 hour delivery or EVRI Next Day tracked, to try and get your graters to you as soon as possible.

1-5 graters shipping costs are £3.99, 6 or more costs £7.49.

If you are making a particularly large order (20+) feel free to send us a message and see if we can arrange a more specific shipping option.

All orders take up to 2 business days to process and generally take 1-4 business days for delivery (UK). Please note, processing times are in addition to the transit time estimates. While it’s likely your order will arrive within the estimated timeframe, it’s not a guarantee. Expedited shipping fees (if available) are not refundable.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your purchase has not met your expectations, you can make a return. However, please know that we are here to help with any difficulties using our product (couple of tips and tricks that go a long way!). We also have lots of troubleshooting questions answered over on our FAQ.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Terms and Conditions for making a return:

  • You must manage the return before the established deadline, you have 14 days from receiving the order 
  • Items must be in their original condition
  • You must be able to provide proof of payment
  • All non UK customers are responsible for the costs of customs and import fees, this is not the responsibility of Minna Stoneware Ltd
  • All customers are responsible for costs of returning the items

You should have an order confirmation email with your order number in your inbox. It will start with MNN followed by a series of numbers. If you’re having trouble finding it, search for Be sure to check your spam folder in case it has ended up there. If you still can’t find it, let us know and we’ll help you out! When you reach out please be sure to include which country you’re shipping to so we can help find your order more efficiently.

  • Inner-packaging

    We use tissue paper and hive wrap (100% recyclable and biodegradable protective paper wrap) from Kite Packaging to keep your graters safe on their journey to you. Kite Packaging is an employee share-ownership, which we think is awesome!

  • Postal boxes

    We work with Lil Packaging, who are the world's first (and still only) Zero Carbon packaging operation! We made the conscious choice to work with this packaging company, because we love and support their ethos for a vision of a greener world!
